Whistler Sissler

Wistler was a young doberman with ears and tail still long, but terribly thin when he was impounded by animal control officers. When it was discovered that he had no normal opening from which to urinate, his fate appeared dim. Radiographs revealed that he had also suffered a dislocated hip, which suggested that he had been hit by car, and slid on his belly, popping our his hip and shearing off the underside of his penis. It has healed as a knot of scar tissue, embedded with gravel and grit from the street. This anatomy was reconstructed surgically, he regained strength, if not composure, and found an ever-loving family.
